Coming from Tulare, had to stop for gas and noticed a bbq truck. Huge sucker for bbq. I ordered the tri tip and hot link combo. This bbq is super good! He gave a sample of the macaroni salad and it was bomb. I normally don’t favor it but I would def get a side of it next time. This guy knows bbq. Thanks for tasty experience !

Far and away the best sandwich/tri tip in the valley. High quality tasting meats served on a fluffy bun. I’m craving a trip sandwich with everything on it, as I write this. 5/5 stars

Some of the best BBQ I've ever had. Delicious! Between this place and the Indian spot down the way, Travers does great food! I'll definitely stop here again.

I cannot describe how DELICIOUS this barbecue was.The only thing I did not like is that I had to wait. There's only one person working the cash register, prepping the food, making the plates, serving people. Just ONE person! But she did a very awesome job! ????TRUCKERS..... Expect to stay about 30 minutes.

The food is amazing!! Soft bread, fresh veggies and ingredients. The polish dog with the veggies and tri tip was awesome. Never ate a dog like that. The bun was toasted and very tasty as well. 5 stars all the way!! If your driving by, you really got to stop and try it out.

Omg what a discovery, we initially for a sandwich from across the street, which honestly was dry and nothing now than overcooked meat on soggy bread which we threw away.We saw this little red truck with a big smile on the outside so we decided we could get better. It was amazing. Thinly sliced and marinated, we filled this up in seconds. Definitely the place to start.
